RAWALPINDI, Monday, May 05, 2025 : Pakistan on Monday successfully conducted a training launch of the Fatah Series surface-to-surface missile with a range of 120 kilometers, further strengthening its defense capabilities under the ongoing military exercise \u201cEx-INDUS,\u201d the military\u2019s media wing said.<\/p>\n
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the launch was aimed at validating key technical parameters, including the missile\u2019s advanced navigation system, terminal guidance technology, and enhanced precision. The exercise also sought to ensure the operational readiness of Pakistan Army troops.<\/p>\n
Senior military officials, along with scientists and engineers from Pakistan\u2019s strategic organizations, witnessed the training launch. The missile\u2019s trajectory mode and guidance system enable it to evade enemy anti-ballistic defenses, making it a highly effective precision-guided weapon.<\/p>\n
