He questioned the timing and source of the video, noting that Indian media broadcasted it within minutes of the incident.

> “How did Indian channels get this footage so quickly?” he asked. “The attack took place at 1:00 p.m., and by 1:30 p.m., India had already filed an FIR blaming Pakistan. This clearly points to premeditated blame and disinformation.”

Commenting on the April 22 attack in Pahalgam, India-held Kashmir, the DG ISPR accused New Delhi of making baseless accusations against Pakistan without evidence. “How can any investigation conclude within ten minutes? There was no proof, just a pre-scripted narrative,” he said.

Lt Gen Chaudhry claimed the objective of such accusations was to distract Pakistani security agencies from counter-terror operations within the country. “India’s actions aim to deflect attention from Pakistan’s internal progress and to derail regional stability.”

The army spokesperson further claimed that India had carried out drone strikes on civilian targets, including a Sikh temple in Nankana Sahib, and targeted mosques and residential areas across the Line of Control (LoC). He stated that Pakistan only retaliates against Indian military positions in line with Islamic and international norms forbidding harm to civilians.

He revealed that Pakistani forces had shot down 77 Israeli-origin drones allegedly deployed by India, calling them part of a broader surveillance and provocation strategy. “Not one drone has returned to India,” he said, adding that all were neutralized.

Describing India’s media and digital footprint as a “factory of fake news,” he said thousands of Pakistani social media accounts had been blocked by India in an attempt to suppress truth and manipulate narratives.

Referring to the Pulwama attack of 2019 and other past incidents, the DG ISPR reiterated Pakistan’s stance that India routinely exploits terrorism-related events for political gain. He screened a clip of a former Indian governor of IIOJK who accused the Indian government of orchestrating Pulwama for electoral benefit.

> “India must stop acting as judge, jury, and executioner,” he said, offering once again to cooperate with a neutral, international investigation into any credible allegations. “If there is proof, present it to an impartial commission.”

In an interview with TRT World, Lt Gen Chaudhry accused India of “militarizing its internal failures” and launching cross-border strikes during the presence of civilian flights in Pakistani airspace — actions he described as reckless and dangerous.

Air Vice Marshal Aurangzeb Ahmed, also speaking at the briefing, thanked the Pakistani public for its support of the armed forces and condemned Indian attacks that resulted in the deaths of 33 civilians and injuries to 62 more. He confirmed the Pakistan Air Force destroyed seven Indian aircraft in a swift retaliatory operation.

Separately, security sources confirmed that Pakistan Army destroyed three Indian posts along the LoC in response to unprovoked shelling in the Kellar and Rakh Chaqri sectors. Indian forces, they said, were seen raising white flags, signaling surrender after failed aggression.

The DG ISPR concluded with a stern warning: “India’s attempts to destabilize Pakistan will be met with resolute force. Our armed forces remain vigilant and committed to defending the sovereignty and dignity of Pakistan.”

RAWALPINDI, Friday, May 09, 2025 : Pakistan on Friday accused India of orchestrating and sponsoring terrorist activities within its borders, presenting what it claimed was concrete video and audio evidence of Indian involvement, including support to banned militant outfits and interference through disinformation campaigns.
