Both engagements, the Cabinet noted, underscored the Kingdom\u2019s constructive role in promoting dialogue and peace to resolve international crises.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Minister of Media Salman Al-Dossary said the Cabinet expressed grave concern over the famine in Gaza and the \u201cwar of genocide\u201d being waged against Palestinians, urging the UN Security Council\u2019s permanent members to act swiftly. It also reaffirmed Saudi support for the Organization of Islamic Cooperation\u2019s (OIC) extraordinary meeting in Jeddah, which called for collective action to end Israeli aggression and prevent attempts to entrench occupation.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The Cabinet strongly condemned Israeli incursions into Syria and reaffirmed Riyadh\u2019s support for Syria\u2019s sovereignty, stability, and territorial unity, rejecting any separatist agendas. It also called on Sudanese factions to honor the Jeddah Declaration of May 2023, prioritize the protection of civilians, and ensure humanitarian access.<\/p>\n<p>Domestically, the Cabinet welcomed statistics on the rising number of Umrah performers this year, pledging full support for pilgrims from arrival to departure. It commended the King Abdulaziz International Quran Competition, which drew 179 contestants from 128 countries, as well as the national blood donation campaign initiated by the Crown Prince.<\/p>\n<p>The session also highlighted progress on Saudi Vision 2030 initiatives. The Human Resources Development Fund was praised for helping employ 267,000 Saudis in the private sector during the first half of 2025.
