IN A STATEMENT ISSUED AHEAD OF PLANNED HIGH-LEVEL TALKS ON HIS SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT \u2018X\u2019, PRIME MINISTER CARNEY NOTED THAT CANADA AND THE PHILIPPINES \u201cSHARE A CLOSE RELATIONSHIP \u2014 A BOND STRENGTHENED BY THE MORE THAN ONE MILLION FILIPINOS WHO CALL CANADA HOME.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
