Earlier, Field Marshal Asim Munir met Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the Jordan Armed Forces (JAF) Major General Yousef Ahmed Al-Huneiti at the General Headquarters in Amman. Upon arrival, the COAS was accorded a warm welcome and presented with a Guard of Honour.<\/p>\n
Both sides reaffirmed the deep-rooted and historic ties between the armed forces of Pakistan and Jordan and discussed measures to further enhance institutional cooperation.<\/p>\n
