partnership.&#8221;<\/em><\/h6>\n<p>ISLAMABAD: Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Pakistan, Khazar Farhadov, paid a farewell call on Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif at the Prime Minister&#8217;s House on Friday as he concluded his diplomatic assignment in Pakistan.<\/p>\n<p>Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar and Foreign Secretary Ambassador warmly acknowledged Ambassador Farhadov&#8217;s dedicated efforts in strengthening the deep-rooted and brotherly relations between Pakistan and Azerbaijan during his tenure.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>He commended the envoy&#8217;s significant contribution to expanding bilateral cooperation across the political, trade, economic, defence, cultural and people-to-people spheres, including the successful President Ilham Aliyev, the Prime Minister fondly recalled his numerous visits to Azerbaijan over the past two and a half years, as well as President Aliyev&#8217;s landmark visit to Pakistan in July 2024, which further elevated bilateral relations.<\/p>\n<p>Reaffirming Pakistan&#8217;s unwavering commitment to deepening its strategic partnership with Azerbaijan, the Prime Minister expressed confidence that the strong foundation laid during Ambassador Farhadov&#8217;s tenure would continue to guide and strengthen bilateral cooperation in the years ahead.<\/p>\n<p>He also wished Ambassador in Pakistan, reflecting the close personal and cultural bonds developed during his posting.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting underscored the enduring friendship and expanding strategic partnership between
