Pakistan, China sign three MoUs on water, agriculture, tea sector cooperation in Changsha

CHANGSHA: President Asif Ali Zardari on Monday witnessed the signing of three Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) in Changsha, covering cooperation in water desalination, agricultural technology, and the tea sector.

The agreements include a key initiative aimed at supporting water desalination efforts in Karachi, alongside collaboration in modern agricultural practices and the development of the tea industry.

The MoUs mark continued engagement between Pakistan and China in priority sectors, reflecting the shared commitment of both countries to enhance economic cooperation and technological exchange.

The President appreciated the growing partnership and underscored the importance of such collaborations in addressing Pakistan’s development needs and strengthening bilateral ties.
