Iran central bank chief meets Dar on Islamabad Talks sidelines, stress economic stability through peace

ISLAMABAD: Governor of the Central Bank of Iran, Dr. Abdolnaser Hemmati, called on Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar on Saturday on the sidelines of the Islamabad Talks.

During the meeting, both sides emphasized the importance of sustained dialogue and diplomacy, underscoring that peace and stability in the region remain essential for economic cooperation and shared progress.

The interaction highlighted the growing linkage between geopolitical stability and economic development, particularly at a time when regional tensions have impacted markets and trade flows.
