Dar, Egypt’s Abdelatty discuss Gaza situation, stress dialogue for regional peace

ISLAMABAD: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar held a telephone conversation on Sunday evening with Badr Abdelatty, during which both sides discussed key regional developments, including the situation in the Gaza Strip.

Dar emphasized the importance of dialogue and diplomacy in addressing ongoing challenges, reaffirming Pakistan’s commitment to promoting peace, stability, and constructive engagement.

The two leaders also expressed hope for a successful next round of talks between Iran and the United States, aimed at achieving durable peace in the region and beyond.

Both sides agreed to remain in close contact on evolving developments.
