Dar, Fidan condemn Israeli strikes, reaffirm support for Palestine in Doha talks

DOHA, Monday, September 15, 2025 : Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar on Monday held a meeting with his Turkish counterpart, Hakan Fidan, in Doha to discuss regional developments and joint efforts for peace.

The two leaders strongly condemned Israel’s “unprovoked and unjustified” strikes on Qatar and other regional nations amid its ongoing aggression in Palestine.

Reaffirming their unwavering support for the Palestinian cause, Dar and Fidan stressed the need for a united Muslim voice and highlighted the role of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) and the Arab League in mobilizing collective action.

They also welcomed the convening of the Arab-Islamic Summit, terming it a vital platform for consolidating efforts of the Muslim Ummah to address regional challenges and defend Palestinian rights.
