ISLAMABAD, Wednesday, December 31, 2025 (WNP): Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar on Wednesday received a telephone call from Prince Fahd bin Sultan bin Abdul Aziz, Governor of Saudi Arabia’s Tabuk Province, during which the two leaders reaffirmed their desire to expand cooperation in areas of mutual interest.

Senator Ishaq Dar expressed appreciation for Prince Fahd’s continued interest in promoting and deepening relations between Pakistan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, particularly at the provincial and people-to-people levels.
Meanwhile, earlier on Tuesday, the deputy prime minister and foreign minister held a separate telephone conversation with Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud to exchange New Year greetings. During the call, the two leaders discussed the current regional situation and recent developments, according to a news release issued by the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister.
