ISLAMABAD: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar on Saturday received the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Pakistan, Albert P. Khorev, for a comprehensive review of bilateral relations and to exchange views on issues of mutual concern.
During the meeting, both sides reviewed the entire gamut of Pakistan–Russia relations and reaffirmed their shared commitment to further strengthening cooperation across political, economic, and diplomatic domains. The discussion reflected the growing engagement between Islamabad and Moscow and the desire of both countries to deepen mutually beneficial ties.

He expressed solidarity with the people of Pakistan and sympathy with the families of the victims.
Strongly condemning the heinous act of terrorism, Senator Ishaq Dar reiterated Pakistan’s unwavering resolve to combat terrorism in all its forms and manifestations. He emphasized that such acts would not weaken Pakistan’s determination to ensure the safety and security of its citizens and places of worship.
The Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister also expressed solidarity with the bereaved families and underscored Pakistan’s commitment to working with international partners, including the Russian Federation, to address shared security challenges and promote regional and global peace.
