Pakistan, Austria reaffirm commitment to stronger ties at Antalya Diplomacy Forum

ANTALYA, Friday, April 17, 2026 (WNP): Pakistan and Austria have reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening bilateral relations and enhancing cooperation across multiple sectors during a meeting on the sidelines of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum in Antalya.

The meeting took place between Pakistan’s leadership and Austrian Foreign Minister Beate Meinl-Reisinger, where both sides expressed satisfaction over the positive trajectory of Pakistan–Austria relations and underscored the importance of sustained high-level exchanges.

During the discussions, the two sides also exchanged views on regional developments. Foreign Minister Meinl-Reisinger appreciated Pakistan’s diplomatic efforts in facilitating dialogue between the United States and Iran.

Both sides agreed on the importance of continued engagement and dialogue to promote regional peace and stability, emphasizing cooperation as a key factor in addressing evolving geopolitical challenges.
