Dar, Kuwaiti FM discuss regional situation, reaffirm dialogue, strong bilateral ties

ISLAMABAD: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar held a telephone conversation with Kuwait’s Foreign Minister Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Sabah, during which both sides discussed regional developments and bilateral relations.

During the call, the Kuwaiti Foreign Minister commended Pakistan’s role in facilitating the Islamabad Talks and appreciated the efforts of the Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister in promoting diplomatic engagement.

Senator Ishaq Dar reaffirmed Pakistan’s resolve to continue sustained efforts, emphasizing that dialogue and diplomacy remain the only viable path to resolving issues and ensuring regional stability.

Both sides also reaffirmed the strong ties between Pakistan and Kuwait and agreed to remain in close contact on matters of mutual interest.
