KSrelief distributes food baskets to flood-affected people in Afghanistan’s Paktia

40 food baskets provided to 280 people from 40 families under Saudi humanitarian programme

KABUL: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) continued on Thursday the distribution of food baskets among people affected by floods in Paktia Province, Afghanistan.

Under the Food Security and Emergency Program for Flood-Affected People in Central, Eastern and Southeastern Afghanistan for 2026, KSrelief distributed 40 food baskets, benefiting 280 individuals from 40 families.

The distribution forms part of the humanitarian and relief programmes being implemented by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through KSrelief to support the brotherly Afghan people and help alleviate their suffering.
